Hazardous Waste Compactor

Ideal for Compacting Type I, II, or III Hazardous Waste Materials

Compact and transport hazardous waste more efficiently with the RotoPac HazPac — a small-footprint compactor designed for solid hazardous waste across all three DOT packing groups (I, II, and III).

Compatible with both bulk bags and tri-wall waste boxes, the HazPac delivers up to 6x compaction, reducing container volume and saving facilities over $2,000/month in disposal costs.

Its compact design allows placement close to the point of waste generation, improving workflow efficiency. Ideal for any high-volume hazardous waste environments.

Food Waste Compactor

Ideal for Compacting Food & Beverage Waste

Keep food processing environments clean and efficient with the RotoPac SacPac — a stainless steel, hygienic compactor purpose-built for the food industry.

Rated IP56 for dust and high-pressure water resistance, it's designed to handle both wet and dry food waste with full washdown capability across all major components.

With a footprint no larger than a standard pallet, it fits right at the source — off the assembly line, conveyor belt, or ingredient processing station — compacting everything from 50 lb. sacks and supersacks to cardboard, plastic bags, and food waste. Ideal for meat processors, bakeries, ingredient plants, and pharmaceutical firms.

Marine Waste Compactor

Ideal for Compacting Waste in Harsh Environments

Built to survive the harshest marine environments, the RotoPac SeaPac is a heavy-duty trash compactor rated NEMA 4X and IP67 — meaning it's fully dust-tight, corrosion-resistant, and protected against temporary water immersion.

Constructed throughout with 316L stainless steel components including the frame, drum, compaction arm, doors, and hood, it's engineered for oil rigs, ships, barges, and chemical processing plants where standard equipment simply won't hold up.

It handles food waste, aluminum cans, 50 lb. sacks, and general vessel waste with the same reliability and ease of use as the standard RotoPac. Also available in partial galvanized or 304 stainless steel configurations for less demanding marine settings.

Benefits

We are a producer of innovative equipment for the purpose of maximizing safety and sustainability and minimizing the financial and global impact of solid industrial waste removal.

Return On Investment

KenBay Compactors pay for themselves in one year on average.
This is achieved by encouraging cost savings in the following:
  • Hauling costs: Reduced waste volume means fewer trips to the landfill or recycling facility.
  • Accidents with forklift traffic: Fewer trips to the compactor reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Labor in collecting waste from production areas: Less frequent waste pickups save labor costs.
  • Accidents breaking down boxes: Compactors can reduce the need for manual handling, minimizing the risk of injuries.
  • Floor space available: Compactors take up less space than traditional waste containers.
  • Costs of forklift usage: Fewer trips to the compactor reduce forklift usage and maintenance costs.
