Waste Compaction Solutions for Aerospace Manufacturing

From F.O.D. on the assembly floor to hazardous waste in the paint shop, KenBay's RotoPac™ compactors are built to handle the unique demands of aerospace manufacturing — keeping facilities clean, compliant, and running efficiently.

Aerospace manufacturers operate in one of the most demanding production environments in the world.

Cleanliness isn't a preference — it's a safety requirement. Waste that would be a minor nuisance in another industry can ground an aircraft, expose a facility to regulatory action, or pull skilled workers away from precision manufacturing tasks.

KenBay has been solving industrial waste challenges for aerospace facilities for decades, including large-scale deployments at some of the world's most recognized aircraft manufacturers. Our RotoPac™ line offers a purpose-built solution for every waste stream found on an aerospace campus — from general F.O.D. and packaging waste to carbon fiber trim and hazardous materials.

The waste streams generated in aerospace manufacturing are varied, high-volume, and in many cases, genuinely hazardous. Standard trash bins and roll-off containers weren't designed to keep up.

F.O.D., Foreign Object Debris, is one of the most serious safety threats in aircraft manufacturing. Overflowing bins, loose debris, and frequent waste cart traffic across the production floor all increase the risk of contamination and injury.

Carbon fiber trim, composite dust, and resin-contaminated materials present real health and contamination risks if not handled in a controlled way.

Heavy-duty Industrial Construction for Continuous Use

KenBay's RotoPac offers at-source compaction, placing the unit directly where waste is generated, containing debris immediately and eliminating the need to move heavy carts across sensitive production zones.

The enclosed compaction chamber controls dust and particulates at the source, supporting clean production standards and helping facilities meet OSHA and internal environmental health requirements.

The RotoPac HazPac is specifically engineered for DOT packing groups I, II, and III, compacting hazardous waste directly into bulk bags or approved waste boxes at a 6:1 ratio — reducing disposal costs while maintaining full compliance.
