Make compacting your plastic easy and
get paid for it. By using the Clydesdale compactor you can
efficiently compact up to 750 lbs of plastic into a polyethylene
bag. Once filled, the bags are an approximately 1.8 cubic yard
stackable cube, making them attractive for mills to buy and
ship. Provided you generate a sufficient amount of plastic, most
mills will supply your company with a trailer that can be filled
as the bags are removed from the production area. Depending upon
the market that month you can expect to get paid as much as $75
per filled Clydesdale bag.
Just do the math. You can currently
lease a Clydesdale for approximately $14 per day so that if you
fill 1 ¼ bags every workweek, you will have paid for the
compactor.
Other
benefits include the elimination of staging areas previously set
aside for bags of plastic. In general the entire area where
the process of removing plastic will be much cleaner and thus
safer. It will likely significantly reduce the forklift traffic
in the process.
