KenBay Introduces a Complete Range of Balers
Baling Plastic and Cardboard at their Source

There is no reason to place a baler back by your docks and staging the plastic and/or cardboard by it. Now you can place a baler where the waste material is being produced and avoid hauling it until it is baled. This negates the need for staging the material

KenBay is introducing a line of 5 star quality balers that have a number of prominent features making them superior to the current range of balers available in the US. Since they do not take up the same amount of floor space necessary for common balers, they can be used directly on the factory floor.  The balers are easy to install and operate making them attractive to both large and small shops saving time, labor and costly set-up fees. They are engineered so that they do not need to be bolted to the floor. And with large apertures one can easily place a Gaylord’s worth of material into the larger KenBay balers then press a button and let the baler do the rest. Other features of our line of balers are:

  • Largest model can create a mill size bale
  • Larger models have twin cylinders to provide greater compaction
  • No installation cost
  • Extremely well designed and fabricated
  • Powder coated paint keeps balers looking new
  • Minimum familiarization required to operate

What’s New at KenBay...
Quality Built 5 Star Balers
KenBay is excited about their new line of 5 star balers the company is offering beginning in December of ‘05. We feel that they complement the Clydesdale compactor. Whereas the Clydesdale is excellent for general trash and a number of different types of plastic and cardboard, the KenBay line of balers will handle all other plastics and cardboard.

Suggestions & Tips
A Clydesdale user recently pointed out that if he put full KenBay bags into a ram-compactor he could only get in one level of bags. He soon discovered that if he mixed in other trash along with the bags that the trash would be squeezed up so that more trash could be put into the ram-compactor. He felt a better solution would be to merely put the KenBay bags into a dumpster so one can get two levels of bags into it. If fact, this is what most of our customers do.

What Our Customers Say…
“We had two or three people taking way too much time to crush the deluge of cardboard and paper trimmings, bundle it, then haul it out to the large dumpster located in another part of our plant,” explained Julie Neitz. “It was inefficient, expensive and taking up too much valuable floor space.” After reviewing several options, Press-Enterprise selected the compact KenBay Clydesdale, a very affordable waste management system.
