Waste
can be fed into the RotoPac in various ways:
-
Conveying through the top
-
Blowing waste into it from above
-
Gravity feed through chute
-
Manual
feed through loading door
The
RotoPac is ideal for compacting:
|
KenBay
manufactures a unique waste handling system using
rotary arm technology specifically designed for use on
offshore installations, onboard ships, oilrigs,
tankers, trawlers, and various other offshore service
vessels.

Our stainless
steel RotoPac Marine Onboard/ Offshore Compactors will
withstand the most punishing marine conditions. From
the Port of Dubai to Trinidad, from Moscow, Russia to
the Gulf of Mexico, the KenBay RotoPac Compactor is
the ideal onboard/offshore waste solution.
With low
maintenance and operating costs, the RotoPac Marine
handling system uses rotary arm technology to
efficiently compact various types of waste into a
sealable and storable polyethylene bag.
Continuous
Compaction: The KenBay RotoPac provides continuous
compaction that greatly reduces labor and increases
compaction. Waste/Recycle material may be
thrown/conveyed/blown into the RotoPac while
running at the rate of at least 250 lbs/hour.
This reduces the labor needed to get material into the
machine. This compacting method also provides the
greatest compaction ratio. Typically a 6 to 1
reduction is achieved.

High
compaction ration reduces trips to hauler's
container and hauler pickups
-
Continuous
compaction for high compaction volumes, up to
250 lbs/hour
-
Compaction of
wet and dray compactable waste
-
Saves space
on your facility floor (footprint of 4' x 5'),
or place outside
-
13 years of
quality and durability, low maintenance cost
-
Numerous
safety features incorporated into its design
-
Reduces
forklift traffic and displaces labor costs
