This baler is ideally suited for retail stores,
offices, liquor stores, etc. where space is limited
for disposing of plastic and cardboard. It has a small
footprint (6.2 sq.ft.), powder coated paint and uses
plastic wrap rather than wire for tying bales. Its
bale (39” x 27” x 20” weighs 150#) makes it easy to
handle with the hand truck provided. And the price is
right.

The KenBay 75 Baler has been modified to compact
plastics jugs and bottles either with liquid or
without. It has an easy access door, spiked platen,
pan for discharged liquids, refrigerator type doors
and uses plastic bale strap. The platen remains down
when not in use, penetrates the chamber more deeply
and doors remain closed when tying bales for added
safety.

This is a high-density baler that produces the
standard size bale, but heavier than the KB - 46 HD
bales. It has a longer and larger cylinder that
increases the compacting force and the depth of
penetration of the pressing plate into the bale
chamber. It addition to its use to get more dense
bales of plastic and/or cardboard it is the baler of
choice for compacting quantities of plastic bottles
and aluminum cans.
