Industrial waste disposal can be
dangerous. Shards of metal, broken glass, nails and other discarded
items can injure workers. This can result in lost productivity and

The process is simple and safe:

The KenBay garbage
compactor is placed at the source of waste. This could be
anywhere on the factory floor or at a processing line.

A heavy-duty
polythene bag is placed inside the machine. The bag is in no
danger of being pierced or split, because before the crushing
process begins a metal shield descends into it. This shield
protects the bag from damage by either the rotor arm or the
waste itself.

The waste is crushed
by the powerful rotor arm.

The compacted bag is
removed from the bottom of the system and is sealed.

The bag of compacted
waste is ready for collection or removal.
The Clydesdale

features as: emergency stop button; electric source isolator;
motor overload protection; interlocked access doors ‘fail to
safe’; and water resistance to IP 65 (hose down).
